Trying to replace an old hvl and put in new switch in a bathroom. Trying to make sure I get the wiring correct for the new switch to hvl.
I have attached a picture to show what the old vs the new looks like.
I appreciate any help!

From your diagram, all 3 contacts on the left side of the old unit are tied to the same wire.
On the new unit they just combined the 3 contacts to a single wire, but the same connection can be made.

Horrible drawing. Pictures of the devices would be better
I assume the switch on your left is your old triple stack switch. Everything is common. So for the left pic, untwist the wire connector (wire nut). Connect that wire to the single conductor from your new switch. Connect the LVH conductors as they were before.

Are all the wires the same gauge?

First off you need to get a tester and find the hot and the rest will be switch legs

I could help you but I'd rather you kill yourself trying or pay a licensed electrician a nice wage to fix your frick ups. People like you made my dad a lot of money lol.
