What are you, retarded? They just finished a new Marriot a couple of months ago on the corner of Florida and Third. I drove under that crane every day for months. More recently they finished a luxury apartment building at Florida and Sixth and there is something else going up at Sixth and North street.

Outside of downtown, there’s that huge new hospital going up between Essen and Bluebonnet as well.
