No road in America has 750,000 drivers traveled on it in a day. No matter how busy a street is, they ALL have zero travelers when it is closed down for major repair. It takes 3 weeks to repair one small section of concrete on our interstate when it should only take 24-48 hours.
Don’t use the excuse that the foundation has to be constructed to handle the amount of traffic flow here because the foundation is already there. We typically just have to tear up the concrete and repour.

And how long has that concrete work been going on Bluebonnet? 4, 5 months?
