Construction workers rebuilt the ramp that was significantly damaged during a magnitude 7.0 earthquake.

That is not the same location. The pic on the left is entirely different from the one on the right.....look at the turn lane signs, and look at the pic on the right.....the traffic is going in the opposite direction, and looks like an off ramp.

The repairs match perfectly to the existing pavment. Something contractors in South LA cannot ever master.

You can clearly see this is note even close to the same road or location in each picture. Different light poles, one is at an intersection one is not. Lord people, think. if in fact it is real, it was a closed roadway with no traffic and you are comparing it to construction on an open road where traffic has to travel through a construction zone. You are also comparing it to a bridge that was hit and a specific manufactured piece of the bridge as needed to poured rock, stone and concrete. Too many complainers, not enough people using their brain - simply reacting to media fed drivel.
