I guess if he is playing on the hardest difficulty getting past the first fight might be a pain in the arse. The whole point of the long lasting crazy arse fight is to introduce new players to the concept we are dealing with gods here.

It’s probably the game of this generation to me, but I do think the weakest part of the game are the first four hours or so.

I am very close to buying a ps4 just for this game

The only thing stopping me is knowing that an new PS is coming out very soon

I will probably bight the bullet on a slim anyway

That's interesting. I was gripped immediately, with the fight with the stranger coming almost immediately. Obviously the game gains it's stride when you pick up the 3rd person in the party (dialogue in this game was top notch IMO).

I beat this game tonight. I really enjoyed it, but it's not my game of the year. Could be second best game, but I haven't played RDR2 yet.

I got tired of all that axe puzzles and then I just rolled my eyes when you get the other weapon and there's like the same type of puzzle but designed for those weapons only.
