Fes, I used to lol at the potato salad that Ralph's Market sold on Jones Creek. They purchased it from somewhere else and the expiration date would be for like 4 or 5 weeks.
No way would I eat that crap. Must have a shite load of chemicals in it to have such a long sell by date.

Agreed. But the chopped onion must be chopped VERY fine, and not a lot. And I like a tiny bit of chopped celery, VERY FINE, to where you can't really tell it's in there.
