2016, I remember seeing a #24 come down the field on a kickoff like a charging lion and absolutely demolish the returner when he tried to juke.
Among the Oohs and Ahhs, I instinctively yelled "Who the F**K was that?".
Then grabbed our Program. We both recalled recognizing his name as one of our top recruits but didn't realize he was that big and fast.
I said to the girlfriend,
"That is Devin White and he is 240 MFing pounds.
Running like a defensive back and hitting like a nose tackle, you can bet he will be special."

You are right. He was a physical freak from the start. But his character allowed him to truly be as great as he is. He is a leader of men and whoever drafts him will get a special franchise player.
