Yeah Frank Wilson never got credit or a HC job.
O wasn’t hired because he could recruit DL.
Pretending like O wasn’t heavily involved with recruiting till he was named HC in November 2016 if fricking stupid. That was part of his pitch, continuity with a good recruiting class.

saying that the RC doesn't recruit the kids the HC wants him too is moronic...you seem to think the RC tells the HC which players to recruit and the HC has no say so in which kids to go after
