Better qb coaching/development will help but that isn't the glaring issues on offense, it's the o-line/game plan(mastery and execution) and scheme-play design. Let's face it the players could be better but the coaching could make what they have now a lot better.

It's really amazing that we have so many experts that post here. The posters here can see things that long-time NFL veterans can't.
