With the thought that this roster had some glaring holes that needed to be fixed.


Find the balance between those 2 things & its been pretty par, slow.

It was never a rebuild but there were things that needed fixing. You don't fire your all time winningest coach otherwise. Certain position groups lacked depth & talent & you could argue that the culture overall had burnt out.
