Dude. Id rather a 2 year juco stud than a 2 year major program bench warmer.

I get your point and we are bith right in different circumstances.
Most, or many, JUCO guys were absolute hs studs, just some kind of grade issue pushed them to juco

I've been out of coaching a few years but we used to always say, they are at JUCO for a reason. Many times it's grades, character issues etc. You don't want a guy that will be awful toward your culture. Also the point made above about not wanting to go overboard, with the number of JUCO guys. They can absolutely help and usually are ready quicker than a HS kid.

and many grad transfers were studs without the grad/character issues (like Burrow)
