The tone of both headlines are striking.

The boers are clearly being victimized based on race. The ANC is not shy about saying it and the violence has been well documented. They've had to establish their own security forces because their own government won't protect them.

Yet CNN paints these people as evil white nationalists who are paranoid, while it paints the government as a benign body merely considering a "controversial" law.
