My apologies fellas. I don't venture this board often so i am unaware of the revere, or lack of revere, this movie has (honestly). Is this movie really thought of highly? Has this been discussed ad nauseum? I accept the downvotes.

Do you mean "reverence?"
And, yes, it's widely considered by many on this board and by critics as a wonderful movie, bordering on modern classic.
