Black Hitman gets the death penalty, but Latina who masterminded plot to kill ex's girlfriend will be ineligible since she fled to Mexico and extradition treaty keeps her alive.

A trial date has not been set for Delgado, but she will not be eligible for the death penalty as part of the extradition agreement with Mexico.

Is this the first time you are ever hearing about this kind of thing? MX isnt the only country to make this a part of the deal to extradite. Would be the same if it were a blacixcan that had done the same thing. Stop trying to find racism in everything

It is not the common sentiment, but IMO there is a hell of a difference between someone who "masterminds" a murder and someone who actually pulls the trigger...
