I'm in your age range, and I'm absolutely seeing changes to my abilities. I'm a more cautious driver ( that's a good thing 
), but I move a lot slower, especially in the mornings.
I tell my wife all the time, I can feel the changes in my body happening. Not sure if it's a 5 year, 10 year or 30 year change though.
