Don't know why he would be a huge Les fan. Les coddled him and made him the backup his freshman year, killing a year of eligibility. Also chased off the other QB's leaving us with only 2 Scholly QB's for that year and the next 2.

I would say that he played way too early and that cost him a lot of development.

Brandon’s a heckuva dude and a great representative of LSU. I have always and will always root for him. Anyone who comes to LSU and gives the school, the fans, and the program all they have is an absolute winner in my book, regardless of talent level (and this young man has plenty of talent, and proved it on the field). He just developed the yips and couldn’t shake them.... everyone here wouldn’t even get close enough to the field to sniff the dirt.

So take Harris off blast and give him the props he deserves.
