Have had a buck mark 5.5in or whatever the longer barrel version is for 20 plus years. Gun is one of the most accurate pistols I have ever shot. Eats anything I have fed it. Can’t speak on the ruger

This. The last one I bought, about 10 years ago is still a winner. Used to squirrel hunt with it all the time. Kind of gave up hunting all together now.
And yes, that is my wife spanking me.
