I never really get this argument. He didn't really get into weight training or nutrition/recovery until he hit the pros.
He was 6'8 240 leaving high school without that and capable of hitting an in game Eastbay. LeBron is probably the most physically gifted player ever. His natural physical gifts are more than pretty much anyone else with the best training, nutrition and recovery.
In the 70's, people would have thought he was an alien. Dr. J was 30 pounds lighter, could jump about like LeBron could and people thought he was the greatest athlete ever. LeBron would have blown people's minds.
