See Kobe.
Shite, if Kareem hadn't gone to College...he'd be even more untouchable.
He spent 4 years in college (he wasn't allowed to play as a freshman)...and amassed 2,325 points.
He averaged 774 points a year during his career, so Kareem would have had at least 3,096 career college points...making him between #6 on the all-time college scoring list.
Add those years to some varying degree to the NBA and Kareem would be 6,000 points above everyone else.
And LeBron would have to play 8 more years from what he averages per year to surpass Kareem.
Let that sink in.
And if people say, oh we don't know if he'd amassed those points right away in the NBA...
He as Rookie of the Year, All-Star his first year in the NBA.
His freshman year at UCLA, his freshman team defeated the NCAA champion UCLA Varsity team...which won the title again the next year.
He almost never lost a game in college, was POY 3 straight years (would have been 4 if he was allowed to play) and won 3 straight national titles (would have been 4 if he had been allowed to play.)
Did they even play real basketball back then?
