College admissions committees?
It's not 1970 anymore. I don't recall meeting with anyone to get into LSU this century. I applied, i was accepted, i paid my money, i went to school. There was no committee.

and why would an employer care, or even know a potential employee was in that picture unless it was on their own social media site, and they did not have a lot of pictures to sift through to find this one?
