They are trying to wrongfully attribute Snipes' statement about the other car that was found first before the airport car, and police report she read from, and her answers to the questions during that press conference (including who was driving the first car) to the car and the boxes found at the airport.

That's how they get to the conclusion in the subject line in the OP -- that Snipes admitted that a Gillum supporter was driving around with blank provisional ballots -- which is not what Snipes said the press conference.

The first car -- the car she was talking about -- did not have any provisional ballots in it.
