what's the entry level hourly and what's the cap?
The cap from two sources have been posted amd its just over 40. At 33/hour you'd have to work 54 hours every week to just hit 100k.
A 'regular' expectation to work 35% over what you were scheduled.

That’s just not true. I work in a plant and we have many operators who don’t make 6 figures. I’m an engineer and we also have operators who make much more than I do. Long story short...hourly operators don’t have much to brag about, but some of them work a ton and make a ton. Now the hourly operator supervisors at my plant make huge money. Much more than the salaried operator supervisors.
