Aaaaaaaaactually you are wrong again.
Some rights should belong to the States as long as they aren't abusing them.
In these instances, your Brownskirt brethren are trying to steal an election and while they SHOULD be hanged for their foul deeds, we would settle with setting up some sort of Federal oversight to make sure these pukes aren't violating the Civil Rights of decent, honest, hard-working voters (that is to say Conservatives).
