it started with al frankin finding a trunk filled with ballots to win the election by 200 votes.
it was later found that there were 500 more votes counted then there were registered voters, but frankin had already been sworn in in an unusually fast process so nothing could be done about it
they are getting better and better at throwing out the "real" ballots voters cast and having fake replacement straight dimm voting ballots ready to go, they are just forgetting where they put them all so that is why they are being randomly found this late in the game.

Those darn cheatin' Dems just took PTO for the 2016 presidential election though, right?
WHy is trump president, but a narrow margin in certain areas allowed him the presidency? Wouldnt cheating in that scenario make the most sense? or cheating to sustain a lessor minority in the senate is obviously what is going on here.

No. They find them this late in the game because they have to wait until the polls close to pull the list of people who didn't vote. Only then can they fill out the ballots and then leave the box somewhere where it will be found by someone like a teacher, who is only doing her civic duty by turning them in. "Oh, WOW! There is a box of ballots! I better notify the authorities!".
This is also why they don't follow the rule to turn in the vote counts in a timely manner. If they cut off the vote count when the polls closed, they wouldn't be able to add more votes, later.
