You can run a straight line without an ACL.
Cutting is what it’s all about.

Yeah, I'm aware. Which is why I was asking what the normal time table was for doing straight line sprints.
Not sure that doing it is actually as big of a deal as people are making it. I doubt he is doing very much side to side movement yet. Seems like restrengthining would start as soon as the swelling goes away, and then some straight line stuff could be done as soon as some strength is back.
Is 7 weeks abnormally fast for that?

Didn't think so.

He has to be the most overhyped player LSU has ever had... coach O called him the best pass rusher in the country coming out of high school... I think he has a lot of talent but I’m afraid he never puts ups the numbers everyone expects

How would you know either way right now? He didn't play a whole ton as a freshman, and he was hurt the first game of the season.
Seems like you are pulling that out of your arse, since you don't have much to go off of either way.

Those players that have recovered tremendously fast some did indeed go on to play in games at the end of the season, but as I said it just depends on the coaches if they're willing to let him. He was beating OT's off the ball with that straight line speed anyways, so it's no big deal really.
No. He absolutely could not.

He can definitely play at the end of the season if he's doing sprints and all, but will they let him is the question.

God has nothing to do with this, leave him out fool. A lot of you really don't have a clue though I swear, I have had bad knee injuries and torn hammies, a really bad dislocated ankle injury I was playing BBall on the day they took off the walking boot. If he's running fast already, it means he's damn near recovered. Some players heal much faster than others, no one is the same.

Chaisson was the difference at Florida and he would’ve helped contain Bama. We have no pass rush right now. Tua had all day to pass

If you even knew half of what you are claiming to know, you would know that after his injury he would have been able to still sprint in a straight line with little to no pain.
I don't give a shite what type of injuries you've had, you've apparently never torn a ligament in your knee. Running in a straight line has nothing to do with his repaired ligament. It is the side-to-side movement that is the issue.

Everyone on this site is a fool, arse, and you're one of the main ones along with some select others. Not a one of you played any serious competitive sports, but spout BS out your mouths all the time on here as if you have. I lol at a lot of the dumb shite that y'all say!
Posted on 11/8/18 at 8:29 pm to oOoLsUtIgErSoOo
And I don't give a rats arse what you say, so we both agree on that. I'm going by what the OP said, and if he is running full sprints at top speed then that's all I need to know, now GFO! Damn, dummies, man I hate this site.

Ok. Tell me more about his graft, his protocol and his strength and range of motion.
Hell he probably didn’t have the surgery till the later part of September.
He will be a non contact go to start the Spring for Gods sake.

Ok. 1000 dollars that we don’t see Chaisson play his next LSU game till September 2019.
