Kemp is leading by 75k votes. Is there some law that mandates a recount if a candidate wins by only a certain amount? I'm trying to figure out what leg she has to stand on. Right now she looks like a sore loser.

There are some outstanding absentees and provisionals that theoretically could (maybe, I don't know the math) push him below 50%+1, requiring a runoff.
Zero chance she takes the lead, so all her focus is on getting to a runoff. Right now they're probably trying to gauge what ballots are outstanding to see if there is even a theoretical possibility of her path to a runoff occurring.

I have done about 50 guided trips on the lake there at Stone Mountain over the years. They call me all the time to do them now, I just dont have time.... Glad they are not breaking up the rock.
