There are some outstanding absentees and provisionals that theoretically could (maybe, I don't know the math) push him below 50%+1, requiring a runoff.

Thanks, I gave the math a go, not sure if its right:

-3,886,414 total votes cast in GA
-1,887,161 for Abrams
-50.5% of votes for Kemp

1,887,161 + 21,600 <---(possible outstanding she's referring to)= 1,908,761

1,908,761/3,886,414= 49.11%

49.11%-48.6%(Abrams current percentage) = .51%

Take .51% away from Kemp's 50.5% and it puts him at 49.99%. Not sure if they round up.

So I think it's somewhere around 21,600 votes that would need to be in favor of someone other than Kemp.

gerrymandering across the entire country

You do realize that the state was run by democrats for 100 years and all of the crazy lines for Georgia started there.

Or you dont. Because you are you.

I hate the gerrymandering argument.

Who should be in charge of drawing the lines?

Some "objective organization"? I'm sure that will work just fine...
