This theory is beyond stupid and anyone who actually knows any of the sister know this would never happen. Those ladies are the real deal and do more to help this community than most. Keep your shite stupid theory to yourself and stop slandering the sisters.

I never said he was a drug addict or a gambler. People do all kinds of things with money. It's ridiculous to assume some BR Illuminati conspiracy that he's involved in that pays for players.
You might as well assume he is addicted to straws, and was buying multiple doomsday bunkers to store all of his straws during the apocalypse.
Eta: It's well known that rich people and big donors/boosters don't pay for players. That's too conspicuous. Middle-income earners ($100-350k) who are out of the public eye do it

I think the reason you're getting some shite is that your theory is kind of illogical. Why would Funes solicit donations and then embezzle the funds to pay players? Wouldn't it just be simpler for a unscrupulous booster to just give the money directly to a player or a bagman for the "elites" to distribute to the players? Is your premise that the elites are only willing to bribe players if they can get a tax deduction by running the donation/bribe through the OLOL Foundation? Are the nuns in on this scheme? That sounds sort of far fetched to me.
