First time I have ever used the term but how else do you describe the move toward an economy where the politically connected are rewarded with government protectionism and the political opponents are punished with the over reaching power of government?

Wow! Do you thin pols rewarding their supporters is new and unique. The Clintons anyone! And their 8 year run of plundering and payoffs. Then the outrageous Obama admin where everyone with a "D" by their name was rewarded. shite we had housewives running sophisticated branches of government. And taking care of their friends and supporters. OUT OF CONTROL.
