Dude, we aren't starting all four and five star guys. Our talent is down.
Too far down.
I was not for hiring SE, but to think changing OCs is going to jump us from 104 to good(25-40) is ludicrous.
We lack tackles, pass blockers, fast WRs, pass catching TEs, and stud TBs.
Our recruiting on O is far worse than our D recruiting and you don't have to be a talent guru to see that.

Teams with far less talent than lsu are producing on offense.
