Y'all are missing the mark on this. Mexican anchor babies are personnal. The Chinese have systematic operation going on out here on the west coast. Must stop it now.

The west coasters on PT have mentioned more than once that a lot of rich Chinese have been coming to California for years to have their anchor babies here.
It is abusing the system no matter what skin color a non-citizen has.
