Central Europe - Austria, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic are all in on preserving western civilization.


The Baltic states have the hottest women on the planet and they love American men and their strange bias against hitting women. The dollar goes a long way. They offer a lot in the way of an ex-pat retirement but Russia is in the middle of their expansionist cycle, so that's a major drawback.
