If all you mean is the actual poles that hold up swings and not like a play house type thing also, you can buy just the brackets to attach the 4x4s or whatever lumber to. Then you simply buy the wood, put them in the brackets, and hang the swings.

The biggest thing with the kits is they are so damn short. It really needs to be at least 10 ft tall if not higher. The crappy kits are 6-8 ft and you simply don't swing very high. That's why kids lose interest so fast.

Your kids will play on it for a few weeks then start to get bored with it.

You will likely start hating it (mowing and upkeep around it) in about 15 mins of trying to mow around it the 1st time.
