Here are the furthest areas South I would go in Bayou Biloxi. On the first link is where they dock a 120 mothership for duck hunting. I wouldn't go another 3/4 mile beyond that though because it will get shallow the further you go East.

You can anchor anywhere South of those two areas with a 4.5 ft draft with no issues at all.

Last piece of advice--the land on this map at the Entrance of Bayou Biloxi is no longer there. When you enter Bayou Biloxi from Lake Borgne go a little East so you don't end up on the submerged island.
