We can’t match up in a high scoring affair. Defense needs to play lights out and hold these guys to 10-14 points.

We should be able to get into the 20s and that will do it. Defense indeed will have to be stellar.

Well our defense has allowed on average 15 pts per game, amassed 14 ints, and is pretty stout against the pass. For this game I think we need to score at least 24 pts to win.
Can’t rely on the defense to make it happen for us, the offense needs to win the game!

I think 24 is the magic number. Our red zones have to be more TDs....Bama’s needs to be more FGs

I see bama scoring at least 21 points. Two solid drives and I just know there's going to be a blown coverage in our secondary for a huge TD pass. Just preparing myself for it.
That being said, I do think the LSU of the UGA game shows up and they are gonna be pissed about White. I think LSU wins 27-24.

both sides of the ball have to be perfect. the offense has to score 24 in my opinion to have a good chance to win, and that is why I think we'll lose. If the defense allows Bama to score 24-28 points you can't really be that upset about something like that. Bama has the #1 offense in the country for many reasons

And this is what I base my statement on. LSU’s red zone production has been mostly FG’s. And that’s ok...provided the Defense can limit Bama to less than 2 TD’s.
Bama has scored a TD on their opening possession in EVERY game this year. Similar to Georgia, we cannot let them start fast.

NO, if LSU scores 13-17 they will get boat raced! They have scored 39 or more in every game! I get the "they haven't played anybody", don't fool yourself they are freaking elite on offense! Tua will get his, just have to limit big plays and make them drive the field.
LSU will need to score in 30s!

I wouldn’t be so quick to undervalue our defense at home in an electric atmosphere. They’re certainly capable of limiting these guys.
