Why do most teachers complain about being a teacher?
I do feel sorry for some, especially those who teach in the inner city or in poorer districts.
But I know some that are in solid districts here in Texas whom still complain.
It’s a typical case of overvalued self-importance than anything else.

As a teacher I can verify this. My teacher friends blast FB during teacher appreciation week about how under paid they are and how important their job is and how they change the world. I tell them all the time yes some teachers are under paid for the job they do and some do change the world, but most are just like you and sit there all day and collect a check.
