Extremely jealous. Would love to go back, and Hosteria Giusti was a really memorable meal (we went for lunch).
Let me try to remember/find some of the vineyards we went to. We did a Lambrusco vineyard tour that was unique to the region. I don’t recall dining anywhere outside of Modena - but you absolutely have to hit up their market during the day.

I wish, it’s a dream of ours but looks completely booked. We are staying at Quartopiano and the owner was the head of the front of the house there, so hoping if he can get notice of a last minute opening we can get an in.
