Bankrupt the city? I thought that if SG were to become a city they wouldn't have the revenue to run themselves and would have to raise taxes. Which is it?
Changing the racial make up of the city? SG is not IN the city of BR. Are you talking about St. George, or the NAACP's plan to dissolve the consolidated city-parish government of BR/EBR??
