they "patch" to fix issues and yes they arent very smooth
later on they come back and finally repave over those previously completed patched sections of the road but that can take 6 months to happen sometimes
while its not the smoothest to drive over, a bump is better then hitting a pothole or open crack
that said, im with you on how hard can it be to make the patches more seamless and smooth to drive over![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconcheers.gif)
