That and the majority of NFL players these aren’t going to respond to a tyrant style coach who rules by fear. He has much more control over making young kids shite their pants.

I know 9 people that have either played football for Saban at LSU and Alabama and this is simply not true. He is an extremely discipline-minded coach but the respect he had earned with each of those men is undeniable. Not remotely a tyrant.
Saban had issues in the NFL because he went to Miami. Some franchises simply cannot get out of their own way.
