no article is bullshite because they call lowering calories a fad diet. The only way to lose fat is create a caloric deficit. Increasing exercise to the point to burn an extra pound of fat takes a shite ton of effort and causes increased hunger. Much easier to lower calories.

Depends on your goals. Healthy? - diet then exercise. Fit? - well gfy because that is complicated

But, to lose weight and keep it off - diet. I can be lazy, still eat well and not gain fat.
