Bishop one period away basically from the franchise shutout streak.

I didn't realize three different teams have two goalies in the top 15 in GAA

Cool moment last night with Ovi and Crosby hugging on celebrating Ovi's 1200th point. These guys have been pitted against each other so much in their careers, but they are probably the only other person who understands the other and the pressures they've been under as the savior of hockey in each of their countries (and franchises).

I'll doubt they'll ever be friends, but it is cool to see two long-time rivals show that kind of respect for one another.

NHL Network reporting that Bishop left the game with a "lower body injury." Just like that, Wild make it 3-1.

Detroit almost forgot that they are supposed to be tanking.

Score the first 3 goals, proceed to give up the next 5.

Dang, that stinks. Bishop is a great goalie and was killing it with those shutouts. Hope Dallas gets him back soon, Bishop is seasoned playoff goalie and can even steal a playoff series or two. The Stars have played much better lately, and have themselves in 3rd place, hope they keep it up. Boy, it was a dark day when the Lightning traded Bishop to the Kings, and when we lost one of our favorite players from Cap space or Expansion draft decisions, that stunk! That's the bad side of Hockey though...

On the Lightning front; Kucherov is having one heck of a season so far, he sees the ice so well. He's improved each year, and its been pleasure watching Kucherov grow into this player since the Triplets days. There's a few young guns that are doing OK for the Lightning this season, and it'd be awesome if they grew into great players like Kuch. Wishful thinking.... lol

Love this time of year when there's meaningful NHL games all over the place. Best playoffs in sports, without question!!!

Blues are playing like crap again against teams they should roll. The offense has completely dried up.
