That was a brutal loss for Pitt. Gave up the tying goal with 19 seconds left in regulation, then the game winner with 4 seconds left in OT.

Vasilevski is the only reason Tampa won. That and the Yotes missing the net... We’re good at that. Grind like motherfrickers, but at some point skill beats want and Tampa is a juggernaut.

He was won games all year. There have been a ton of games that the Bolts were outplayed but won because of great goaltending.
Domingue has been great too. He had a horrible game against Arizona in October but was great after that with with Vasy out.

Louis is all about confidence. He was great as a backup that had to fill in for Smith temporarily. But jesus christ he fell apart last year when Raanta got hurt. All mental for him.

That game pleasantly surprised me. Fleury's still out and Subban had played the night before. I was expecting this to be a "take your lumps" night, especially when SJ scored 30 seconds into the game.

Yep, the Lightning have won their first President Trophy in team history. Woo hoooo!!!!!! It's not "The Cup" but winning this was a great accomplishment. The Lightning have put together a strong regular season, and its been a memorable experience, no doubt....
Enjoying the playoff races with all the meaningful games on nightly. The West wildcard race is so crazy right now. Plus, that 3rd spot in the central is heating up between Dallas and Blues. The Blues were on a hot streak, but have cooled some, Dallas is only 2 points back now. Should be an interesting finish, and very intense for both fan bases.
