I’m not even saying he needs to play, but Dee Anderson & Sullivan have had drops & get more than 1 target a game like Giles is getting

Anderson for instance is getting a ton of props from fans. No one thinks his drops are an issue because he’s getting other opportunities to make plays.

that's because they have made up for it by making other difficult catches and do something with the ball after they do catch it. They just bring more to the table.


Giles was a big deal when he came in because we had no proven receivers on the team with seniority and experience and he brought that in with him along with leadership. He was an insurance policy. But the younger guys just have way more natural talent and are gaining experience and confidence at a much faster than anticipated rate. Giles served a purpose at the time, but might now slip to the #4 or 5 option or even farther back as these younger and/or less experienced guys show out.
