Should they have proceed to the floor votes without the votes, and lose in humiliating fashion?
Extending it a week (and only a week) shouldn’t be a problem.

I wouldn't say it's over yet but they are up against the ropes.
With the SCOTUS nominee barely hanging on and Rod having cucked Trump the base is getting demoralized and that is bad news for a midterm.

Have to disagree. The worse this clown show gets the more joe and jane normie gets fed up and learns to hate. If Kav somehow does not get confirmed (he will) republicans will be even more fired up to vote in the midterms.
