More platitudes that will be hilarious for Lyft to clarify.

What places are designated as an "underserved community"?

Those poor Lyft drivers are going to have to make these calls on the fly.

"Yeah, you look pretty ghetto, so this one is on us"


Also, ironically, these "poor" people are so poor that they can afford a smart phone to order the lyft, but can't find a way to get to a local polling station.

Generally refers to poor people in communities with bad public transportation.
