She will never be the HC at Tech. They don't have the resources to legitimately compete with the big girls anymore. Not that major schools are taking girls basketball serious.

Not Tech. I used to live next door to Kim. She turned down countless jobs as Leon Barmore’s assistant HC as HC in waiting. When Leon retired they tried to give her a one year contract working for peanuts and she told them to piss off. Took the Baylor job and in short order won a NC there. I’m a graduate of both Tech and LSU and I’ve refused to donate a penny to Tech because of how disrespectful they treated Kim. She really is a nice person, a competitive proven winner, and I would love it if LSU could make that hire. As others have pointed out though 2 million is a bunch of money. Not sure if many of you have spent much time in Waco but if I were Kim that’s what it would have taken to make me stay in that city. Nothing against Baylor because it’s an excellent school I’m just not a fan of living in that part of Texas. Austin would be a different story.
