I'm actually starting to agree with this. Those in opposition only need to pull two defections from the republicans. All this back and forth about when this woman will testify and under what conditions is a foolish game to play. By stalling, they are making it more likely that he will not be confirmed. Trump's tweets from earlier this morning probably didn't help.

How pissed are leftists going to be when there are Ds in the senate that vote to confirm. Tester, Hietkamp, Manachin, all could vote yest knowing Kav is in either way they vote. At least when they vote yes, while pissing of the national Ds, it will be an olive branch to those in their home states Trump carried by double digits.
The melt will be glorious when Kav is approved by close to 60 votes...
