Thanks sir, but you really needn’t. Honestly it breaks my heart and if I were there I would try to deescalate the situation if possible. But in this case, it’s probably better that no men were there, chances are it would have been much worse.

I do feel bad for the children, and can only hope that by some miracle they find something inspirational outside of the hell they live in to aspire to. But for the sake of my own mental well-being and being as present as I can be for my own loved ones, I am trying to bite of only as much as I can emotionally chew at the present time.
