I have a bunch if people coming in to tailgate and one of them won a RV pass to touchdown village but doesnt have an RV.. I have tried explaining that the policy says RVs only and that you cant park a truck or just throw up a tent in that spot. The person is claiming they heard otherwise... Anybody got a definite answer on this for me? I would think LSU made that policy for a reason and sticks to what it says?

TIA

Man you can put up a tent and get with it. Port John's nearby so don't have to worry about that. Just stay inside your lines.

Td village is a little anal about vehicles staying inside the lots. They want them parked outside the rv lot. At least they did when o stayed there.

I rv in the levee lots. It's like the wild west, anything goes. I saw a 16ft trailer with a tent and a porta potty on it the last bama home game. If you got a pass they let you in.

What's the best route to get onto campus and into that lot? We're gonna be there later this season.

I'm coming from the north of baton rouge. I get of on government st and the get on river rd. Strait shot to it.

Whatever you do don't get of on dalrymple. Great time pulling a camper through the middle of campus. Lol

No need for porta John's. They are all around in touchdown village. Security guards to. I leave all my shite out , tv..coolers...etc. no one messes with it.

Its the tech game man. Just show up and throw down. Rv lots want be full

I saw them make a tailgating company move their cook trailer and tent last year out of TDV and they had an rv pass.

Uh, negative. I saw campus police make an appeals court judge move his suburban. I would think he has a fair amount of clout. His bus was in the shop that weekend so he figured he could put anything in “his” spot. Wrong answer. It clearly states in the parking policy, RVs only. OP can give it a shot if he wants, but don’t be surprised if you’re having to move at some point.

I won a pass last year and because they dont allow anything but RV's, I rented one. Went on RVshare.com and found a good deal. Rigged up my own exhaust extension for the generator out of a gutter downspout. Had a blast but it was costly for everything.

$150 parking pass
$500 RV for the weekend
$100 fuel
food,drink,etc
